How much does classic car restoration cost?
Every project is unique. Our pricing starts at $100 per hour plus materials, and most full restorations fall between $10,000 and $50,000, depending on:
- Condition of the vehicle (rust, missing parts, etc.)
- Level of restoration (full or partial)
- Paint, bodywork, interior, and fabrication needs
- Custom requests or rare parts
We provide a free on-site estimate to help you understand the scope and cost before starting.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We offer free in-person estimates across Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Inland Empire.
We’ll inspect your car at your location, discuss your goals, and give you a quote based on actual condition.
What types of cars do you restore?
We specialize in:
- European classics (Porsche 356, 911, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar)
- American muscle cars (Mustang, Camaro, Chevelle, Charger)
- Vintage collector vehicles
- Select custom or rare builds
If your car is pre-1990 and needs restoration — we can probably help.
How long does a full restoration take?
Full restorations typically take 3 to 9 months, depending on complexity, availability of parts, and your goals.
Partial projects (like paint or metalwork only) may take just a few weeks.
We provide realistic timelines during the initial estimate.
Do you provide pickup and delivery?
Yes. We offer pickup and delivery across Southern California. If your vehicle is not drivable, we can arrange transport from your garage to our shop in San Clemente.
Do you do mechanical or engine work?
Our core focus is bodywork, metalwork, paint correction, and restoration.
For engine, drivetrain, or suspension work, we partner with trusted local specialists and can coordinate that as part of your full restoration.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes. We offer an open shop policy. You’re welcome to visit during your project and check progress. We also send regular photo and video updates for full transparency.
Will I get photo documentation?
Absolutely. Every project includes before, during, and after photos.
We can also create a custom photo album of your restoration — a great way to document your vehicle’s story.
What’s the best way to get started?
The best first step is to schedule a free on-site estimate. We’ll come to your location, inspect your vehicle, and walk you through the process.
